Based in London, Ms Berry is a Director in Commodities Research at Barclays Capital, where she provides base metals analysis and forecasts.
Ms Berry has more than a decade of experience within the base metals markets, which she covers for the team’s suite of commodity research publications. She has been responsible for developing Barclay Capital’s metals research, including the flagship Metals Magnifier publication.
She holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
Ms Berry joined Barclays Capital in 2007 from Metal Bulletin Research where she was Head of Aluminium Research. In this role she was responsible for MBR’s subscriber-based aluminium market research spanning the supply chain from bauxite and alumina through to downstream products. She was also responsible for winning and executing client-specific consultancy projects.
Barclays Capital is the investment banking division of Barclays PLC. and has a long history of involvement in base metals and is the largest Ring Dealing Member of the London Metal Exchange. Barclays Capital was awarded Commodity Research House of the Year in the 2011 Risk awards.
